During Friday the big Human Rights Conference took place in EuroPride House. The conference attracted a multitude of visitors and the entire day was filled with discussions and seminars. The evening was filled with spectacular shows as Wigstockholm entered the stage.
Alice Bah Kunkhe, minister of culture and democracy, opened the conference with a strong and engaging speech. At the opening, former minister of EU affairs, Birgitta Ohlsson, made an appearance. Several other representatives from the European Union were also present.
One of the major happenings at Pride House this day was the party leader debate arranged by RFSL, where the leaders of major parties discussed LGBT issues before the coming election.
The closing performance, the sparkling and spectacular Wigstockholm by Leo B, ended the evening with drag queens, high heel racing and the guest stars Magnettes and Annika Ljungberg from Rednex.
Earlier in the evening Medborgarbanded, whose founder is none less than Nina Persson from the well-known group The Cardigans, performed.
Kornél Kovács, the world’s best DJ according to MixMag, came and entertained the audience together with Fredrik ‘Apollo’ Asplund.
Rebecca&Fiona gave the audience love and pop in a sweet and spicy mixture.
At Södra Teatern Moxy ended the Pride Week with a pumped-up party.
Gunn Lundemo, the official EuroPride DJ, kept everyone dancing all night at Tap Room with the line-up of Anton Gyllensten, Shaked Dudovich and DJ Charlez. In Högdalen anyone who wanted to could learn to ride a skateboard or find new skating friends at a vegan barbecue.
Nude, sexy and totally crazy was Club Jockstrap invited by Daniel S Olgade to Södra Teatern. Madame Heinz, DJ Sats Zenith, Sj Glute and Dj Sweet P were all there.
